Stepping outside to a covered alfresco area makes entertaining a breeze. There's also a sunny conservatory with northeast views, and gives access to the homes private, fully fenced grounds. Kitchen Ultra‑modern, fully equipped kitchen stocked with basic cooking essentials including salt, pepper, and cooking oil. A generous supply of tea, coffee, sugar, and milk is also provided to help you settle in comfortably. The kitchen offers modern amenities including a dishwasher, microwave, large fridge‑freezer, wall oven, and cooktop. A coffee plunger, toaster, jug, air fryer, and a full range of basic cooking and serving essentials are provided. Sleeping Arrangements The home offers two well‑appointed bedrooms, each with private access to its own courtyard. All linen and guest amenities are provided, and every bed is fully dressed with premium-quality bedding. Additional pillows and blankets provided. Master bedroom A spacious bedroom with a super king bed. Second bedroom Two king single beds, which can be arranged as a super king on request. Both bedrooms include built‑in double wardrobes, offering generous storage space for personal belongings. Hangers are provided. Each room also features double full‑length mirrors and portable luggage racks for added convenience. Guest Essentials All bed linen, guest towels & face cloths provided. Bathroom Bathroom features a modern shower-over-bath setup and a private toilet. There is a hairdryer for guests to use during their stay. Laundry There is a separate laundry equipped with washing machine, iron, and ironing board. There is a washing line in the back garden and a portable clothes airer for added convenience. All laundry amenities provided. Additional laundering services are close by if required. Free Unlimited WIFI throughout the home and a large flat screen Smart TV for entertainmet plus a Stereo /Radio in the kitchen. Parking The home has free onsite parking for two vehicles. Street parking is also free, but can sometimes be tricky getting a park during peak times. Heating The home is equipped with a heat pump/air‑conditioning unit, ensuring comfortable temperatures year‑round. The home is professionally cleaned between each guest stay. And we kindly ask that guests leave the home tidy on departure. If you require an early check‑in or prefer a late check‑out, please let us know at the time of booking.
